Ayotte quietly signed HB 323, which strips college and high school IDs from New Hampshire's voter ID law. A federal judge ordered the state to stop telling students their IDs could never be used; on Oct. 22 the U.S. Supreme Court lifted that order over Justice Jackson's dissent.
