Nicole Malliotakis Sold a Voting Bill on Photo ID. Its Other Half Asks for Your Birth Certificate, in Person.

Malliotakis went on Fox News to argue that if New York asks for photo ID at a city grocery program, voting should require ID too. The bill she voted for in February does require photo ID at the polls. It also requires you to appear in person with a passport, or a birth certificate and a photo ID, to register or to re-register after moving or marrying.
