Before Kansas sent him to the Senate, Roger Marshall was an OB-GYN whose practice took more than 700 patients to court over unpaid bills, charged 18 percent interest, garnished their paychecks and bank accounts, and asked judges for arrest warrants when they missed a hearing. One woman was sued over a $129 postpartum visit.
On September 10, 2025, Marshall voted to table the amendment forcing the Justice Department to release the Epstein files. It failed 51-49. Five months earlier, two Blackstone executives whose names appear in those files gave his campaign $13,000.
Andrew Clyde led a brief filed September 4 telling the justices that a rifle's usefulness in war is a reason to protect it, not a reason to restrict it. Fifty-seven of the signers have a report card on this site.
